Little Apple Toyota Honda – Service Porter

Position Overview

The Service Porter supports the service team by transporting vehicles between service buildings, assisting advisors and technicians, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role is essential for ensuring an efficient service process and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Transport customer vehicles between the main shop and the advisor building promptly and safely.

Assist service advisors by staging vehicles for customer drop-off and pick-up.

Support technicians by moving vehicles in and out of service bays.

Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, shop area, and customer parking zones.

Perform general cleanup tasks, including emptying trash, sweeping, and tidying work areas.

Help with miscellaneous tasks such as parts pick-up and delivery, fueling vehicles, and moving equipment as needed.

Ensure all vehicles are locked and secured when not in use.

Follow all dealership safety guidelines and procedures.

Key Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Ability to work cooperatively with advisors, technicians, and other team members.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Work Schedule

Full-time or part-time positions available.

Monday–Saturday schedule with rotating Saturdays.
