Position Summary

We are seeking an outgoing, sharp, and driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our West LA team. This is a patient-facing role focused on new patient conversion, relationship building, and service coordination . You will be the first impression and the closerguiding patients through their care plans and financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and manage all new patient intake and onboarding
  • Present treatment options and financial policies with clarity and confidence
  • Coordinate with providers to schedule appointments and follow-up care
  • Proactively follow up with patients to increase retention and satisfaction
  • Manage marketing communications (email, phone, social media) to promote services
  • Track leads, conversions, and sales metrics
  • Assist with patient education and promotional events
  • Identify and secure promotional products and branded giveaways
  • Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams for seamless patient experience

Requirements

  • Strong sales and closing ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Charismatic, friendly, and enthusiastic with a professional demeanor
  • Experience in patient-facing roles preferred (medical office, dental, wellness, spa)
  • Comfortable discussing finances and service options with patients
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proficient in office software (EMR, CRM, GSuite, MS Office)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Bonus Skills

  • Experience with social media content and promotions
  • Background in healthcare, chiropractic, or wellness industries
  • Familiarity with ChiroTouch, Jane App, or similar EHRs
