Position Overview


The IV & Hormone Specialist plays a critical clinical role in delivering Relives core services while maintaining brand standards and patient experience excellence.

This role requires strong venipuncture skills, comfort with hormone and metabolic protocols, and the ability to educate patients clearly and confidently.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform IV insertions with high success rate (including difficult sticks)
• Conduct venipuncture and manage laboratory specimens
• Administer IV nutrient infusions according to protocol
• Support and administer HRT programs (male & female)
• Monitor and educate patients enrolled in GLP-1 weight loss programs
• Prepare and administer peptide therapies
• Maintain accurate, compliant EMR documentation
• Uphold Relive Health brand standards and patient care expectations

Qualifications

• Active RN, LVN, NP, or PA license (Texas)
• Strong IV and phlebotomy experience required
• Experience with HRT, GLP-1 medications, or peptides preferred
• Understanding of hormone panels and metabolic markers preferred
• Professional, patient-focused communication style
• Comfortable working within structured clinical protocols
