Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and address any security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas within the financial institution to help to deter suspicious behavior and provide a visible security-related presence. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal policies and site requirements. Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related matters. Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift, adapting to changing environments and conditions as required by the site. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR or first aid experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

You will interact with visitors and staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly at all times.
