4+ Years of Professional Experience (EURO PREFERRED)

Tiered Production Bonus Pay! $72,000 - $140,000+ Earning Potential!

$35.00 - $40.00 Flat Rate Depending on Experience

If you like to stay busy, rack up hours, and keep your skills sharp on the latest platforms and tech, this is the place to be.

The Setup

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Shop : 8 bays plus an alignment rack, Hunter / ADAS alignment equipment, climate-controlled (yep, AC and heat)

Tech : Topdon Smart, Autel, Bosch J-Box, ADAS calibration, Ross-Tech, Porsche programming, and a programming computer set up for Euro royalty—ISTA, ODIS, Lamborghini, Bentley, you name it

Software : ShopWare SMS & DVI (all on your phone)

Who We're Looking For

We need a B level or higher tech who can handle the Euro lineup without breaking a sweat. This isn't a one-make-only gig—you'll touch everything. You'll need :

4–7+ years of hands-on professional experience

The drive to learn, grow, and sharpen your skills with paid training

A hunger to turn hours in a shop where cars don't stop rolling in

Dealer-trained background? Perfect. Broad Euro experience? Even better.

The Deal

Pay : $35–$40 flat rate base
