Job Title
Supervise construction site employees
Oversee proper implementation of safety procedures
Assist with the planning and scheduling of work to meet project needs
Manage and optimize the operations at the site to include planning, personnel, equipment, quality, costs and maintenance
Communicate and coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure work load is scheduled and performed to meet the needs of the project
Performs other related job duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalency and prior relevant job experience
Valid / Clean Drivers License is required
Working knowledge of regulations and regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, EPA, and zoning law
Understanding of the capability and proper utilization of machinery and equipment used in heavy / highway construction
Willingness to work Monday-Friday Daytime and Night hours depending on project needs
Fast-paced and dynamic construction sites
