Base pay range : $60,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Our Managed Services team is the backbone of our client support operations, ensuring seamless infrastructure performance and security. We're looking for a smart, driven, and collaborative Engineering Associate to join our growing team.

As an Engineering Associate, you'll be a key player in our Managed Services team, providing real-time and scheduled support for our client infrastructures. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, escalate critical findings, and help maintain the integrity and performance of our client environments.

What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on support for client infrastructures.
• Troubleshoot issues across routing / switching, wireless (APs / controllers / NAC), firewalls, cloud services, LAN / WAN, and IT security.
• Work with leading technologies such as Aruba / HPE, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Brocade, and Microsoft Azure.
• Manage tickets efficiently—open, update, and close them in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear documentation and test results.
• Keep runbook procedures current and accessible for the team.
• Shadow experienced engineers, obtain new certifications, and grow your technical skillset
