Purpose and Summary Statement : Responsible for timely completion of invoicing, overseeing receivables and payables, account set up and providing excellent customer service that positively impacts business.
Essential Job Functions :
- Compiles data and prepares accurate invoices for all service work and products sold in a timely manner to ensure accurate receivables.
- Utilizes resources, internal and external of the department, to resolve complex vendor payment issues that occur as a result of customer invoice errors, fuel destination errors, carrier entry errors, and / or system defects ensuring timely and accurate invoice payment.
- Reviews reconciliation reports and takes appropriate action to resolve routine and complex system issues.

Normally requires an associate's degree in business or related field or the equivalent thereof, and 2 years of office-related customer service work experience.Understanding and experience with invoicing, billing, account reconciliation, along with analysis and problem-solving skills.Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making and skill development.Proven professional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Demonstrates planning and organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, prioritize work, and deal with deadlines.Proven computer skills in using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, and the ability to learn software tools for business processes.May be required to work beyond what are considered normal business hours.Must have a valid driver's license with the ability to work extended hours and travel independently overnight.Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.Benefits :
