Licensure Coordinator

Responsibilities for a Licensure Coordinator include but are not limited to:

• Review clinician demographics in internal systems, approve for importing, and populate/print new license applications.
• Communicate with clinicians regarding missing information, inconsistencies, and application follow-ups, including preparing mailings and performing full QA reviews.
• Submit applications with required documents, secure payment funding, monitor aging reports, and perform online and manual payment requests.
• Conduct primary source verification via State board websites and support special assignments such as audits, reporting, URAQ/JCAHO accreditation, and onboarding clinicians into licensure systems.
• Work independently, meet business demands in a fast-changing environment, and act as a resource or coordinator for others as needed.

Candidates for Licensure Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Required:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience navigating systems/databases and completing repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
• 1+ years of experience meeting strict deadlines and handling time-sensitive work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong desire and ability to learn new systems, processes, and skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment.
• Experience with clinical credentialing and/or licensure processes.

Pay Details: $21.75 per hour
