Purchasing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator (PRIME Division) to support day-to-day operations and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily purchasing tasks, including addressing parts issues, quality concerns, and supplier communications

Collaborate with the Senior Purchasing Manager on cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives

Assist in the Engineering Change Orders process and resolve delivery issues with suppliers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a buyer

7 years of experience in purchasing and acquisition

3 years of manufacturing experience

3 years of experience in new product introduction

Familiarity with technical data sheets and commodity sourcing
