Job Description
Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects according to deadlines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure smooth project operations. Assist in managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring all goals are met. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits. Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or changes effectively. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within the property industry, ensuring client satisfaction.
