Work in a busy L&D unit with 19 patient rooms, 6 PACU, 6 triage, and 3 ORs.

Shift Staffing : Nights - 1 charge, 7-9 RNs, 1 CST

Ratios : 2 : 1, 1 : 1 for high-acuity patients

Equipment / EMR : Novii & GE FHR monitors, FSE; CPN & Meditech

Requirements : 3+ years L&D experience, BLS, NRP (ACLS / ALS preferred)

Preferred : Mom / Baby, Peds, or NICU background

Procedures : Vaginal & C-section deliveries, antepartum / postpartum / high-risk OB care
