This exciting role offers the opportunity to assist customers in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional service while helping them navigate their insurance needs.
Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients in both English and Spanish.Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, and claims processing.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.Requirements :
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry, but not a must.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.About Us :
