KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Carry completed plates and dishes from kitchen to appropriate guest table
Ensure guests have all service ware appropriate for their meal
Use proper drop off description- responsible for delivering food to the appropriate guest seated at the table
Make customer aware of any hot plates to ensure the customer's safety
Ensure table received the correct order and replenishes anything that is missing
Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team
Clear and sanitize tables for the next party.
Maintain and restock service areas, restrooms and expo areas.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and guest areas.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with co-workers and guests
Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum of 1 year experience
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS :
Must have the ability / stamina to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Ability to stand / walk for 6 hours per day.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data
Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.
Must be able to tolerate potential allergens : peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
