What You'll Do as a Diesel Mechanic :

Perform repairs, inspections, and diagnostics on diesel vehicles, including electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems

️ Utilize vehicle computer electrical systems to interpret failure modes and adjust engine and vehicle control modules

Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on driver Vehicle Inspection Reports

Complete required paperwork using fleet maintenance software

️ Test drive trucks after services and repairs

&##Proficiency in diesel vehicle diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repair
