Description : Hospital : Summit Medical Center Location : Address : 5655 Frist Blvd Hermitage, TN 37076 Unit Name : SICU / MICU Building : Main Building Cost Center : 650, 653 General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 24 beds Patient Ratios : 1 : 1, 1 : 2, 1 : 3 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 : 2, 1 : 3 Type of equipment : SLEDD, EVD, ICU modalities Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : Preferred schedule- self scheduling Floating policy : in rotation with all staff Hospital Specifics- Certifications : Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : ACLS, BLS, NIH Advanced skills needed : Procedures performed on unit : EVD Placement, central line, arterial line, etc. Certifications Required : NIH, BLS, ACLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) Scrubs- black Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
