Marketing Intern

This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Marketing Intern will support key initiatives, gain exposure to B2B marketing strategies, and develop practical skills while contributing meaningfully to team goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support event and trade show planning and execution, including:
• Pre-event preparation (materials, checklists, invitations)
• On-site support as needed
• Post-event follow-up organization and reporting
• Assist with booth assets, signage, and other event-related materials
• Assist with HubSpot data integration, organization, and cleanup, including:
• Data cleansing and list management
• Client segmentation and tagging
• Supporting business development process creation and documentation
• Contribute to and assist with the Weekly Announcements newsletter
• Research current and emerging industries
• Identify and analyze potential growth markets and opportunities
• Assist in managing company social media platforms by:
• Creating visual assets
• Scheduling and publishing posts
• Supporting content organization and planning
• Support the Employee Experience Team and Office Manager
• Assist Marketing with E-Team initiatives
• Create and update internal marketing materials, including:
• Birthday and anniversary posters
• Internal TV screen presentations
• SharePoint graphics and announcements
• Office floor plan updates
• Help manage brochure and line card inventory by:
• Tracking quantities and usage
• Coordinating reprints as needed
• Assist with light updates to marketing collateral

*All other duties as assigned.

Design & Creative Tools

• Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop
• Canva for quick-turn graphics and internal materials

Marketing & Professional Skills

• Exposure to B2B marketing in a technical/industrial environment
• Basic CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot)
• Project coordination and deadline management
• Cross-functional collaboration (marketing, sales, events, leadership)
