Schedule : 20hrs. weekly; Monday -Thursday, 4pm-9pm

The Role :

Chapel Haven Shleifer Center, Inc. Is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our Sail residential program team. As a Direct Support Professional , you will play a vital role in teaching and supporting individuals with daily living skills, social development and community integration.

As a Direct Support Professional , you will assist individuals in accessing community resources using public transportation and participating in meaningful social and leisure activities all to promote independence and personal growth
