Position : Labor & Delivery RN – Night Shift Description : Join Spencer Hospital’s Birth Center, supporting the LDRP (Labor / Delivery / Recovery / Postpartum) model. Collaborate closely with family practice OB providers and provide postpartum and postoperative GYN care. TOLAC / VBAC services are offered. Requirements : Minimum 1 year Med / Surg experience 2 years Labor & Delivery experience Active IA RN license or compact state license BLS, ACLS, NRP, CPI certifications required Schedule : 72 hours per pay period Primarily 12-hour night shifts Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays Schedule may fluctuate based on departmental needs
