Orthodontic Experts is seeking a motivated Orthodontist to join our growing team in Wisconsin. This position is designed for clinicians who not only want to practice exceptional orthodontics but also build long-term value through ownership. You'll step into an established patient base, supported by experienced staff and robust marketing, while pursuing a structured work-to- equity pathway .

Compensation & Partnership Pathway

• Compensation : $2,000-2,500 per day (combination of daily base plus bonding bonuses)
• Equity model : Clear timeline to partnership ownership in the practice (typically 2–3 years)
• Joint venture opportunities : Ability to open and co-own new locations under the
