Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our clinical team. This flexible position, available on a full-time or part-time basis, focuses on delivering occupational therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to help clients develop functional skills necessary for success in daily life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans targeting sensory regulation, fine and gross motor skills, self-care, and adaptive functioning.
• Deliver therapy services in clinical, home, and community settings.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to support self-regulation, participation, and skill development.
• Provide caregiver education and strategies to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, behavior therapists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document services and maintain records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and client-centered care.
