Job descriptionFull-Time Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordination of earthwork and paving projects Review plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance and feasibility Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to resolve technical issues Monitor project progress, track costs, and assist in reporting to management Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project standards Proven experience as a project engineer in heavy civil construction Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office
