Senior Revenue Enablement Manager
As a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, you will shape how the go-to-market (GTM) teams of HeyJobs adopt new strategies, tools, and behaviors in a scalable manner. You will be responsible for the entire enablement lifecycle, from identifying current needs and challenges to developing impactful enablement solutions and measuring success.
You will work closely with the strategy, sales, and product teams to ensure that enablement initiatives are aligned with business priorities, product adjustments, and system implementations.

In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 55,000 - 70,000 . Your personal development and career advancement opportunities are also guaranteed.
What You Will Contribute
Strategic Enablement Design & Execution
Design and prioritize enablement strategies and initiatives : Actively participate in GTM projects from the planning phase and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, change complexity, and team capacity.
Design and implement enablement solutions : Determine the right format, framing, and delivery for each initiative - from product releases to process changes and tool rollouts.
Drive adoption and behavioral change : Align stakeholders, promote the use of AI tools, and support GTM teams in embedding new workflows and ways of working sustainably.
Content Creation & Training Delivery
Translate sales strategy and product positioning : Develop practical, actionable guidance that GTM teams can use in customer conversations.
Create and maintain central sales assets : This includes playbooks, objection handling frameworks, and process documentation.
Design and implement learning experiences : Use the most effective format for each initiative - from live trainings to AI-powered simulations.
Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Define project-specific KPIs : Establish metrics for each enablement initiative (knowledge retention, behavior change, adoption rates).
Monitor and iterate on adoption metrics : Diagnose blockers and adjust the enablement approach as needed to improve results.
Report adoption and share feedback : Provide project owners and leadership with actionable insights on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
What You Bring
You have significant experience in enabling GTM or sales teams and in fostering acceptance and behavioral change.
You possess strong project management and stakeholder influence skills - you can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure alignment without direct authority.
You can translate complex concepts into simple, actionable content and design scalable learning programs.
You have an analytical mindset and experience in measuring acceptance, diagnosing obstacles, and adapting enablement approaches.
You are an excellent communicator and moderator who can engage live audiences and collaborate across functions.
Your knowledge of the German language is at least at the C1 level.
Bonus :
Experience in promoting AI acceptance or using AI-powered tools in an enablement or sales context.
Experience with the following tools : Confluence, Demodesk, Google Workspace, Langdock, Setero.
