Job descriptiona self-motivated go-getter with ambitious financial goals a big thinker aiming for higher levels of professional success driven to make a positive impact on a global scale by connecting with an international audience. Implement strategies to attract and grow our customer base and increase revenue, using in-house sales and marketing support. Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities. Create and track KPIs and use feedback to improve performance. Foster relationships with prospective clients to develop a strong business pipeline for long term impact. Leverage customised tools, systems and business resources and enhance them with your own ideas to boost their impact. Develop your own skills and advance your leadership capability and presence. Provide coaching and mentoring to help others achieve a new level of personal and leadership success. Strong drive for personal development and leading by example. Assist sales employees in generating leads and closing new agreements on the ground. 10+ years of general work experience (not for students or recent graduates). Readiness to learn and determination to succeed in independent, remote work. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage others. Passion for sales, business development and exceeding targets. Minimum 15 hours a week part time or increase to full-time.
