Job descriptionJ.D. from an accredited law school. 35 years of personal injury litigation experience. Active member of the Texas Bar, in good standing. Strong negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation from case inception through trial. Meet with clients to discuss their cases, build trust, and provide regular updates. Evaluate claims, prepare demands, and negotiate with insurance carriers. Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Represent clients in court and at trial when necessary.
