Responsibilities

• Identify algorithms for risk / violation / low-quality issues in e-commerce scenarios (e.g., products, shopping carts, short videos, live streams).
• Mine and identify algorithms to detect fraudulent behaviors and to identify risky, violated, or low-quality merchants and creators.
• Optimize algorithms for large-scale brand libraries, products, and content deduplication / clustering.
• Contribute to data construction, instruction fine-tuning, chain-of-thought and alignment for large models in the e-commerce domain to optimize overall effectiveness.
• Explore reinforcement learning and operational research algorithms in intelligent dispatching and audit scheduling to improve audit quality and efficiency.

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually) : The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118,657 - $129,600 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by location; employees have day-one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more. 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time are offered (prorated upon hire with tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify benefits at any time.
