ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a {Customer Service Representative}} you will demonstrate exceptional customer service experience that reinforces and strengthens customer relationships and the continued growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and the desire to help people make you an ideal fit.
We are currently seeking active P&C Licensed candidates with previous insurance sales or service experience.We will consider unlicensed candidates If the candidate is motivated, a self-starter, and gifted with the ability to quickly grasp and understand new information or skills. Successfully obtaining NC Property and Casualty insurance license would be a non-negotiable and mandatory requirement.Consistent Hours available with no evening hours or weekends.
Compensation is based on personal knowledge, skills and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Timely respond and answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.Assist customers and prospects with policy quotes, changes and updates.Maintain accurate digital notes and records of all customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS :
Communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.Previous customer service experience preferred.
