Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in paper and packaging products, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team in Appleton, WI. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Workers

**Location:** Appleton, WI

**Pay Range: $18.00 ++ Depending on Experience**

**Shift:** Multiple AM and PM Shifts available, including 10 & 12 hour shifts

**What's the Job?**

+ Assist the Operator in meeting production timelines by supporting various line roles

+ Open rolls and stage products for manufacturing processes

+ Wrap finished products and stage them in designated areas

+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

+ Help with machine setup and perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks

**What's Needed?**

+ No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

+ Ability to understand and complete paperwork accurately

+ Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

+ Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures

+ Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
