Mammography Specialist

Join our dedicated Diagnostic Imaging team at the Nancy Ausonio Mammography Center as a Mammography Specialist, where your skills and compassion can make a significant difference in women's health.

About the Role: In this pivotal position, you will conduct screening and diagnostic mammography as well as bone density exams. Collaborating closely with our radiologists and a supportive imaging leadership team, you will ensure that patients receive high-quality care aligned with ACR and MQSA standards, with a strong emphasis on comfort, safety, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography and bone density exams
• Assist radiologists in procedures such as needle localization and biopsies
• Ensure image quality, proper documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Current ARRT (R)(M) and CRT (or the ability to obtain)
• BLS certification
• Preferred experience in mammography
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
