MedAdventures is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Yuma, Arizona.

MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Yuma, AZ . This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment.

    • Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with clinic standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients across various settings including acute care and outpatient clinics.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic operations.

    • Qualifications

  • Current AZ PT license (or compact).
  • Experience in SNF preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.

    • 13 weeks with the option to extend.

    LTC / SNF setting.
