Overview

Project Manager - Senior Electrical Engineer (Project Management) GPI seeks a Project Manager - Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Fairfax, VA office. As a Senior Engineer, you will represent GPI in all interactions with clients and project teams. You will supervise, coordinate, and assign various projects to be performed by the team. GPI is a multi-discipline engineering firm that has been providing planning, design, and construction services for transportation infrastructure and building system projects throughout the United States for over 50 years.

Responsibilities

• Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects
• Design building electrical distribution, fire alarm, and security systems
• Determine schedules and details required for the project and review them with the project team
• Ensure the flow of information between disciplines
• Prepare reports and feasibility studies
• Support developing electrical standards
• Prepare cost estimates and specifications
