PRN Home Health SLP Speech Language Pathologist Empath Home Health - Port Charlotte North Port
Empath Home Health a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health SLP to provide treatment to patients in their homes in the Port Charlotte North Port and surrounding area to improve sensory-motor development perception memory language and this PRN role youll deliver individualized care build trusted patient relationships and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a market expansion serving patients in their homes with the flexibility to set your own schedule and grow with us as we continue to build our presence in the community.
Locations : Home health visits available in Port Charlotte North Port Rotonda West Englewood Venice and surrounding areas. It is very flexible!
Schedule : PRN; 5-10 home health visits per week.
