Salary : $19.55-23 / hour

The Position :

We are currently hiring General Laborers for our highway division at our Cedar Falls location. This position involves the installation of traffic signals, street lighting, trusses, and signage.

In this role, candidates must be able to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and other trades. Candidates must work closely with field supervisors, adapt to changing work environments, actively engage in K&W Electric, Inc.s safety policies, and be able to maintain a positive image of ones self and of the Company.

No experience is necessary, salary is based on qualifications : electrical knowledge and previous experience. $19.55-$23.00 / hour, with additional project-specific incentives
