The role you'll contribute : Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and medical gas systems. This position tests fire system valves, tamper switches, fire pumps, and dry deluge fire systems. Tasks include assisting in the operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The value you'll bring to the team : Installs, maintains, and repairs domestic water pumps, water piping lines, water filters, and plumbing fixtures. Repairs and maintains steam stations, valves, heating and condensate return stations, and sewer and storm drains. Maintains the piping and supply of cylinder and bulk medical gas systems. Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems, performing essential repairs and other duties as requested. Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs plumbing, mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and piping as needed and under general supervision. Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : Minimum qualifications : High School Grad or Equivalent, 3 years Work Experience, Driver's License (DL), Apprentice License in specified jurisdiction only. Preferred qualification : Back Flow Cert Preferred, Medical Gas Cert (ASSE 6010 / 6020 / 6040) Preferred.
