Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - Carlisle, PA (New Graduates are also Welcome)

Position Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday-Friday; 2 evenings until 7 PM; No weekends / on-call

Position Summary : Seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - Carlisle, PA (New Graduates are also Welcome)

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver evidence-based pediatric speech and language therapy services.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, play-based sessions including speech, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and feeding therapy.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, COTAs, and caregivers for holistic care.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support skill carryover.
• Accurately document sessions per clinic and insurance requirements.
• For CFs : Participate in a structured mentorship and supervision program.
