A rapidly growing general contractor with projects across the U.S. and Canada is seeking Traveling Project Managers to support upcoming $20M+ builds. Offices are based in MA, with biweekly travel to jobsites in TX, NC, and more.

$130K-$160K base (Sr. PMs up to $180K) + annual bonus

Paid housing + per diem + vehicle allowance

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for :

  • Leading and managing cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress
  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives
  • Managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve project issues and mitigate risks
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications :

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project sites nationwide
  • Commutable to office in Attleboro, MA
  • 5+ years as a PM with a GC
  • Ideally projects valued $20M+
  • Open to any project types, clean rooms NOT a must have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
  • Software : Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Sage / Timberline, Revit
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus

  • Base salary up to $160K for PM and up to $180K for Sr PM
