The Job

• Oversee the DEWALT Drop Ship Program, ensuring products are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Manage order and purchase order flow within Infor ERP and SAP ERP systems, maintaining operational integrity.
• Maintain up-to-date product information, availability, and pricing in the Dealer Community platform.
• Partner with the Salsify team to ensure product images and data are correctly integrated into the Dealer Community.
• Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Team to implement and execute effective sales programs.
• Develop and refine processes to optimize the execution of sales programs and promotions.
• Work closely with Sales Coordinators to ensure precise order entry and processing.
• Coordinate with Data Analysts to define and fulfill reporting requirements.
• Engage with multiple teams across the organization to facilitate program execution and quickly resolve any issues.
