Job Title : Machine Operator

Job Location : Columbia, IL (St. Louis, MO area)

Job Type : Temp to Hire

Pay : Starting at $17.00 - $17.75 / hour (or more based on experience!)

Shifts Available :

2nd Shift, 4 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM (Monday to Thursday)

What you'll do as a Machine Operator :

Set up and operate machines based on work orders (written or verbal)

Use gauges and hand tools to make adjustments, materials and monitor machine performance throughout the run.

Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting, as needed

Complete changeovers and record operational data

Lifting items to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally 100+ lbs with assistance

Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift

Use of vision and coordination to monitor equipment and ensure product quality

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 6 months of machine operator experience required

Able to read and follow job instructions and material specifications

Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
