Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Cultivate existing clients and ensure return visits.
• Seek out and cultivate new business for the center.
• Accomplish sales goals established by the General Manager.
• Work closely with the Marketing Department to update and create new sales techniques to drive increased revenue.
• Coordinate client meetings with appropriate Lansing Center staff to ensure proper customer service is provided.
• Create and negotiate proposals for potential events to keep within stated goals and proper profit margins for each event.
• Create and manage the use license agreement process from initial creation until completion, to include finalizing the agreements, obtaining signatures for the agreements, insurance, and deposits as necessary.
• Represent the Lansing Center in the local community events as needed.
• Accurately input data into the facilities venue management software and files.
