Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and Chief Medical Officer, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services.

Responsibilities include conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and coordinating care via in-person, telehealth, or phone modalities. The physician leads care teams, mentors staff, and participates in quality improvement and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and funding requirements.

Additional duties involve patient education, health promotion, documentation, and participation in after-hours rotations. The role requires effective communication with staff and external agencies, cost-effective practice management, and maintaining licensure and certifications.

Offering a full-time schedule with competitive salary ($275,000–$290,000), benefits, and potential for relocation, the position is based in North Hollywood, CA, with bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
