Job Summary and Qualifications The Nurse Manager Post Surgical Neuro Oncology ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit. The Manager also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies / procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives. What qualifications you will need : Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and / or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required BLS required Candidate must have experience in leading an acute care unit. Strong and proven leadership skills are essential. Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred 1 years of experience in nursing leadership / supervision in an acute care setting required
