Job Responsibilities

• Utilizing your accounting knowledge and skills to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Overseeing the accounts payable process from start to finish to provide timely and accurate payments and recognize inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Responding to internal and external customer inquiries including reporting and analysis requests, vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues
• Reviewing and auditing employee expense reimbursements and corporate card charges to ensure prompt and accurate payment
• Supporting accounts receivable in the client billing process, including reviewing employee timesheets to ensure compliance with company policies and preparing accurate and timely client invoices
• Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance financial accuracy
• Assisting with month-end closing duties and audit requests
• Working closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives
• Various ad-hoc and routine accounting functions as needed
