We are offering a great opportunity for a full time Licensed Eligible or Licensed ACT Clinician for our Assertive Community Team (ACT). ACT is a highly coordinated set of services offered by a group of medical, behavioral health, peer recovery support providers and rehabilitation professionals in the community who work together as a team to meet the complex needs of individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness.
Responsibilities
Provide group treatment based on the Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment model, focusing on assessment and treatment, using principles of harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and CBT.
Requirements
M1 : Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Human Services, or related field.
M2 : Board registered in the state of Virginia with license eligibility or current State of Virginia license as a LMHP (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP, or LCP).
M3 : One (1) year experience working with dually diagnosed adult consumers in a mental health setting.
M4 : Valid Driver’s License with a point balance of -6 or higher.
ACT is an essential program, operating 365 days of the year. Applicant must be able to work some evenings (until 6 : 00pm), weekends, and holidays, based on program needs, and work with a rotating on call schedule.
May be required to travel within the Greater Reach CSB catchment area.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
Annual Salary Range
Grade C9 for Licensed Eligible.
$60,863.00 - $68,471.00.
Grade C11 for Licensed.
$69,356.00 - $80,916.00.
$5,000 Sign on Bonus - Restrictions Apply
5% increase for licensure
