Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles :sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networkingPartner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutionsCommunicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finishAccurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirementsSupport company initiatives such as employee recognition, events, and team cultureOccasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines Qualifications2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer serviceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quicklyKnowledge of employment and labor practices is a plusBilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not requiredSelf-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn Why Join SST?Competitive base salary plus monthly incentive bonusesFull benefits package and 401k with employer matchCareer growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding companySupportive and dynamic team culture INDH Powered by JazzHR
