Description :
For Home Health Physical Therapy position in Seaside and surrounding areas.
The start date is ASAP.
Shifts are for 8-hour days.
Ratios are 1 : 1.
You may visit up to 6 patients per day.
A productivity point standard is set at 30 points.
First-time travelers are accepted.
No weekend coverage is required.
The traveler is expected to have reliable transportation.
The facility effectively groups clients to minimize drive time, but may require some maximum driving of roughly 60 miles per day.
The facility requires the primary series COVID vaccination and one booster.
Charting will use EPIC Remote Client and Rover.
Business casual attire is required, with no jeans.
Scrubs are allowed but not mandatory.
The facility offers free parking and mileage reimbursement according to IRS standards.
Special equipment or additional unit information has not been specified.
Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state.
Failure to float may result in assignment termination.
All travelers must comply with communication device requirements set forth by the client.
Module completion is required pre-start and annually.
References must be provided.
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty / setting is expected.
