TCWGlobal's Apollo team is looking for a Business Solutions Architect who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and automation. This role is for someone who can think like a strategist, build like an engineer, and act like a connector across people and platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions using automation platforms, data tools, custom development, and AI applications.
• Architect end-to-end process improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy, and measurable business impact.
• Build and manage workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, and other workflow automation platforms.
• Explore and implement AI-driven and agentic AI applications to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and enable predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders as needed to gather requirements, validate needs and solution proposals, and ensure developing and executed solutions are meeting expectations
• Measure results of implemented solutions and continuously iterate for performance gains.
• Consistently stay up to date on new tools, features, and functionality, specifically regarding Microsoft products and AI.
