Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shifts : 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care-focused team. If you are committed to delivering excellent resident care and thrive in a supportive environment, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Assist in care planning and documentation

Support, guide, and collaborate with CNAs and team members

Monitor resident health changes and report promptly

Promote dignity, comfort, and safety for all residents

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Missouri

CPR / BLS certification

Strong teamwork & communication skills

Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
