General Manager

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented General Manager to lead our team at our 1444 N. Kings Highway location in St. Louis, United States. As the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring top-notch customer service, operational excellence, and team performance.

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and cost control; leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences; ensuring compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and local regulations; managing cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records; analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability; handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally; collaborating with upper management to achieve store goals and implement new initiatives; maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment; scheduling staff efficiently to meet business demands and control labor costs; conducting regular team meetings and performance evaluations to foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications include proven leadership experience in food service or retail management; strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment; excellent math and analytical abilities for financial management and inventory control; outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering quality products; proficiency in using computer systems for order processing and inventory management; effective communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of food safety practices and health department regulations; familiarity with pizza preparation and delivery operations preferred; problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions; team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
