Job descriptionAssist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients. Provide direct therapy services to children with developmental, physical, and sensory challenges under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities. Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Current Liability Insurance Child Maltreatment Clearance by Arkansas Department of Human Services Background Check Experience working with pediatric clients preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
