Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Behavioral Health for a travel job in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Behavioral Health
  • Discipline : LPN / LVN
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, days
  • Employment Type : Travel

Facility name - Highland Clarksburg Hospital

Required Experience & Certifications

  • Minimum 1 year LPN experience (Behavioral Health strongly preferred)
  • Certs :

    • BCLS (AHA required)

  • CPI & First Aid (can be completed during orientation)
  • Patient ratio : 20 : 1
  • Skills include : medication administration, glucose checks, psych disorders, seclusion / restraint protocols, suicide precautions, trauma-related disorders.
